Dear QBIS user

QBIS are now releasing a brand new interface with a focus on simplicity, functionality and content. New QBIS is built on the latest technology and is a wanted update.

Next generation time system

Behind the new design is years of planning and preparation. We have listened to our customers, studied the market and looked at future trends to create the best product possible. QBIS is a very feature-rich system.  Over the years it has grown in the number of features and modules. To future-proof system and further improve the user-friendliness we now improve entire QBIS gradually. The system gets a stylish, user-friendly design with the same overall idea: to make everything easier, faster, and smarter.

A modern interface

The most visible change is the move to a modern interface with a focus on simplicity, functionality and content. The system is logically designed, makes all workflows simpler, remember your choices and give you templates and help. Overviews and summaries are a central part of the new system that allows you to  more visually see what you do and how you are performing.

Responsive time system

New QBIS will be unique of its kind as the system works across all your devices, such as mobile phones, computers and tablets – QBIS changes appearance depending on your screen size. Since QBIS is cloud-based, that means you work anywhere regardless of device and Web browser – in a simple and flexible way.

The plan for the new QBIS

QBIS consists of four modules: Time, Project, CRM and Service Desk. The first module released with the new design is Time along with a framework with a new login page, a new dashboard that becomes a powerful start and a completely new help section. Next release will be QBIS Project, then QBIS CRM and finally QBIS Service Desk. We are working as quickly as we can to the release all moduels with same new look.

Meanwhile, we are continuously working on improvements QBIS and listens to the wishes of the user.

From the new QBIS you reach the help center that helps you get started with new QBIS, both with articles and videos. If you have questions, you should first contact your system administrator at your company. You can also contact QBIS support on helpdesk@qbis.se. If you have any problems, please report then to QBIS support.
