This report presents for each employee or consultant the total activity time spent during a period compared to the billable time and income achieved for the same period.
Column definition and Calculation Formula:
Reported Hours = Total time reported on project activities
Billable Time = Time reported against project activities that are set chargeable and that the time factor > 0
Non-Billable Time = Time reported against project activities that are set as non-chargeable or where the time factor = 0
Cost = Activity Time * Cost per Hour
Income = (Employee Registered Time During Period / Employee Registered Time Total) * Employee Budget Hour Ratio * Budget Hours * Price per Hour (If the price is based on budget hours.)
Income = Activity Time * Activity Factor * Chargeable * Price per Hour (If the price is based on actual hours.)
Result = Income – Cost
For group budget activities the allocated hours are distributed among the members in proportion to how much time they have registered on the activity so far.
Income and result will not be specified for projects or activities where the price is fixed.

- Time Module Managers (that are department managers)
