This report presents an overview for each project to analyze delivery success and identify the areas where improvements can be made for planning future project. The report has various calculated columns that explained in details below.

Column Only time and materials within the selected period All time and material reported on the project
Budget Hours Proportion the budget according to the selected period on the activity.

E.g. an activity has a budget of 90 hrs and starts on 1 Jan and finishes 31 March.
If the report is generated for one month is will then calculate and show a budget for one third of the total budget i.e. 30 hrs.

Actual Hours Hours reported on the activity during the selected period. All hours reported on the activity.
Budget Hours Cost [Budget Hours] * Cost per hour

[Cost per hour] taken from the Project Cost Model

Calculating the [Budget Hours Cost] when the project cost model is set to use either Project Member or Activity Member:

  • If the Project Activity budget is allocated to Activities Members:

    Multiple each activity members’ allocated hours with their cost per hour.

    Where the Allocated Budgets allocated to the Activity is less than the total activity budget show the value for [Budget Hours Cost] in red font.

  • If the Project Activity budget is to be shared between the team:

    Proportion the budget equally between the activity members and then multiple each activity members’ cost/hr with their budget proportion.

Calculating the [Budget Hours Cost] when the project cost model is set to use either Project Member or Activity Member:

  • If the Project Activity budget is allocated to Activities Members:
