This report displays the time balances for any salary activity e.g. vacation, overtime, flex time at any point in time.

Select the activities to look at and the employees to report on.

If there are more than 10 activities selected the export to pdf option will be disabled.

Because this is a multi-functional report you can change the report title to suit the type of data you are viewing. The system will remember for the next time you use the report. Leaving the report title box empty will use the default report title.

This report is available to:

• Time Module Administrators
• Time Module Managers (that are department managers)
• Time Module Users
