Reporting time and deviations in QBIS is easy. This guide is intended for you as a user and goes through all the basic parts of the timesheet so you can get started reporting your time.
Most users have the timesheet as the start page when they open QBIS, if you do not have it, you can find it under Time > Time registration in the main menu.
The timesheet is divided into four different sections; Week summary, Working Time, Deviations and Activity Time (project). Where the Week Summary is an overview of the week’s worked hours and scheduled hours, if you work within projects you can also see your billable time. The section also includes a status where you can see if the week is closed/open or approved/denied.
