A flexible widget that shows your profile, status and important notifications – so you do not miss anything!

This widget is available as standard for all users

Profile

At the top of this widget you see your profile, with your name and photo. From here, you can easily edit your profile by clicking on “Edit Profile”. By doing this you can edit your profile and preferences, change language and contact information etc.

Status

Set your status i.e. busy  or on vacation. This is a neat function, to for example, see long-term absence so your colleagues know where you are. Your status is automatically set to “Available”. Change this by selecting a different status in the dropdown list.

New activities

See your new activities and keep on top of things. Your new activities are made clickable where the text is orange. This is a shortcut to the page where you will find the activity.

Messages

See if you have any unread messages. 


Project

Visible if you have QBIS Project enabled. Notification of new projects that you have been assigned to.

Service Desk cases

Visible if you have QBIS Service Desk enabled. Notification of new cases you have been assigned to. 

Close week

Visible if you have QBIS Time enabled. Notification that you need to close one or more weeks.
