To register time on projects has never been easier. Choose to start your timer or add your working time directly.

This widget is available for QBIS Project users

This widget makes it easy for you to record today’s time on projects and activities without ever leaving the dashboard to jump to your time card. Today’s time is summarized in a handy overview.

At the top you will see what weekday it is and today’s date. Note that you only can register time on today’s date. To register time for previous days it is easiest  to go to your time sheet.

  1. Enter time: Start by picking the project och activity that you want to register time on. Enter your time in two ways:
    1. Manually: Simply enter the time worked in the time box and click “Save”
    2. Timer: Press “Start”. A timer starts that keeps track of how much time you’ve spent on the activity. When you are finished, press “Stop”. You have now captured tim. Save it to the activity by pressing the “Save“. 
  2. Comments:  To enter a comment to the time entry  – clicka on the text “Internal comment” or “External comment”. A filed appers and you can enter eadditions information about your time entry. Read more about comments. 
  3. Factor: You also have the option to change factor for the activity, by clicking on the text “+ Factor“. A box that appears. The factor for the activity can now be changed.  What is factor?
  4. Delete: You can see all your entries in the table Registered today.” To remove a time entry press the cross.  Confirm that you want to delete the entry in the pop up box.  
  5. Edit: To edit, click on a time entry. You see everything you have chosen in their respective boxes, and these are fully editable. If you have entered comments you can edit them as well.
